"The hotel is very luxurious. The staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room and buffet offerings outstanding. The rooftop Martini Bar is incredible. The gardens are spectacular. Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. All of the breakfast room attendents were very friendly and helpful, smiling and cordial. The location is grest and view from our balcony just amazing. A wonderfiul stay at this beautiful hotel!"

The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time, which made getting around effortless. The food was excellent, and the team made my wife’s special day dinner truly memorable. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful view, comfortable bed, clean room, and great breakfast. No parking onsite, but they will valet car for you, which is nice. My only complaint is the air conditioner was turned off for the season. Room was hot at night. Good thing I travel with a mini fan for the night stand. Could not open balcony doors because of mosquitos, tried that and lost that battle. "

"The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The views from our rooms were amazing. Meals were excellent with a great choice for breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to and from the train station is a real bonus. The only minor criticism is the air conditioning had been turned off for winter which seemed a little early (mid October). We were a little too warm on the first night. Overall a great place to stay in Sorrento and we would definitely visit again. "
