"We loved having the option to sit by the pool or by the beach! We appreciated that the staff set out the chairs daily. The cafe had delicious ice lattes and we enjoyed lunch by the pool. Checkout was easy!"

"Wonderful stay. Super cozy and close to everything. Just a short bike ride (bikes included on property) to Nerita Beach. We felt right at home for our weekend stay!! "

"A great place in a fantastic location with coffee/ice cream shop, a nice deli with breakfast and lunch offerings, and a great restaurant, all within a short walk. In addition, a short walk to the beach on either side of the island and close to the lighthouse. The bikes were free but in rough shape. The garbage dumpster was overflowing and a bit gross, but I suspect that was not the owner's fault. The hostess was very responsive and checked in several times. Overall, the great stay and would definitely stay there again."

"The home was lovely, if I had to choose a favorite part, it would be the pool. We had a couple of chillier days, but the pool temperature was very warm, and the backyard seemed protected from the wind. It was a great spot to sit and read. We used the grill twice and there was an abundance of kitchen items for cooking. It was a very easy bike ride to the beach. Ralph was a great host! We would definitely stay again if we are back in Sanibel."

"Simply a wonderful and comfortable location for us to bring our canine companion. Although we may have brought the score of others down due to our fuzzy buddy barking his fool head off at every noise he was not familiar with, or the few times we needed to get away without him. A must stay for the ease of booking and every other interaction! No staged or deceiving photos and a great location for ease of beach walking access. The Sanibel/Captiva Island is a wonderful Florida treasure, and having first travelled there near 51 years ago, it is refreshing that it has not been over-commercialized as it could have. I hope it remains a quaint retreat for years to come for so many others. Third generation Tampa native, Robert."
