「I was very pleased with the breakfast that was provided, honestly they did a really good job even though I wasn’t able to participate because I was in a hurry to get on the road. Parking was questionable didn’t really fill safe as in my vehicle, but they did have lights and it appears like they had cameras.」

「I literally chose this hotel for the breakfast. Mostly the coffee. Other locations have a lot more to offer . I’m a diabetic and can’t have sugar . Yes they offer sweet and low but that’s simply not good for your body. Splenda or stevia is what diabetics use now . Also they only had one kind of creamer , hazelnut. Why ? Just plain creamer would have so much better. I also upgraded to a king bed and was still in a queen . And I was simply too tired to go say anything . Doubt I’ll stay here...

「The problem wasn’t with the property itself. It was with Expedia and their incorrect information on whether or not there was an airport shuttle. There isn’t a shuttle and that was very inconvenient. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle. Expedia needs to get their act together on the information regarding the hotels information. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and changed rooms for me when the motorcycle noise was to annoying. They were very understanding.」

「I booked the property on Expedia and the confirmation stated check in was available from 11am-4pm. I arrived at 12:20pm to check in and was informed the hotel charges an additional $50 for checking in before 4pm. The Expedia confirmation didn’t indicate an additional fee. Also, when checking in I informed the hotel concierge that I requested a late check out on the day of departure. This property is not doing anything as far as upkeep. I had to tighten screws on the shower knobs just to be able to turn the handles. I should have been paid to stay there because of all the issues. 「This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay.」
