Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.

Great place to stay.

Hotel and room was great. I did however find it strage that despite me not taking the offer of the hotel offering a complimentary bottle of prosecco for our anniversary, they could not deduct the cost of a couple of drinks at the bar instead?

Location was great, close to the ferry stop and a short walk from the train station. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

View of the canal from room was beautiful. Location excellent!
