"My only regret is that I didn’t stay here longer. It’s a very nice property right by the beach. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. If you’re making the drive from Big Sur this place is a must."

"The pool was empty which wasn’t known when we booked. It was unfortunate as that was one of our criteria. They said we could use the pool at their sister property but that wasn’t convenient. They also ran out of pillows which was a problem. If you have 4 people staying you should have 4 pillows. Their solution was to give us more blankets."

"Clean hotel yet it is an old hotel in need of a remodel. The restaurant on site was excellent. Staff was great and for a few nights to visit Hearst castle, it served the purpose."

"Lovely hotel in Paso Robles that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of Italy. Great food and service, and such a great vibe. Bed could be a tad more comfortable. That’s the only negative thing I can think of. Even though it’s geared towards adults, kids had a great time and were treated well."

"This is a very convenient and sweet little hotel right off the freeway. Using it as a jumping off point for wine tasting, eating at great restaurants is why we stay there. It has the atmosphere of an older 1960”s motel and the staff has always been very helpful. It also has free parking and an EV charging station if that is important to you."

"Alway a great stay. We bring the dog four or so times a year just to get away from So. Cal hustle and bustle. We always get an upstairs room on Kings row so we can sit out in the early morning and evenings to enjoy the wonderful views. And you can’t go wrong with the Hurst Burger from the restaurant!!"
