We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were excellent—friendly, polite, always smiling, and very accommodating. The security guards also stood out for being helpful and courteous. Our executive room was spacious and comfortable, and the Mall of Asia was conveniently only about a 7-minute walk away.
A few improvements would make the stay even better: the executive room did not include a microwave, small plates, or utensils, which would have been helpful. We also noticed small cockroaches on a table in the hotel restaurant, which was concerning and should be addressed promptly.

Absolutely wonderful stay! This is place was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing with a picture perfect bay view. Waking up to such a peaceful view made the experience truly amazing.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The host and staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt thoughtfully managed, from the service to the overall atmosphere.
If you're looking for a place with a gorgeous view, excellent hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I would happily return and look forward to my next trip. Thank you 😊

"For me the early check-in amount was outrageous not worth it plus the place just stank the overall smell smelt like mildew or a wet towel that never dried out and kept getting wet again it smelled like a flood had happened and they weren't able to shampoo everything correctly what astonished me it ..."
