「Beautiful location in San Gimignano! The owner was so attentive and provided great suggestions for our visit. Charming apartment that serviced all of are needs. Boboli bakery (25 yards from apartment) is amazing and a must! Enjoyable stay!」

「We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. 」

「Great location by the Pitti Palace. Wonderful restaurants in the area, good grocery stores nearby and an easy walk all the attractions. Very spacious. However, the furniture was not comfortable. Poor quality on the couches and everything was very low to the ground. Not a comfortable place to sit, relax and talk.」

「The listing let me auto book but the host never reached out. They ended up ghosting me and didn’t even stay in the apartment. Day of the reservation I was on the phone with VRBO with no place to stay…Luckily VRBO customer service was fairly helpful and we ended up staying in a hotel. Don’t book this property」
