Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico.」

「After I booked a room in Expedia, I follow the instructions to call 24 hours before arrival to get instructions to get into the property and I was told they will email those to me in the morning. Never received anything and had to call back to be told that I did not have any reservations. The person was rude and not willing to help」
"It was located very close to the tourist area, so it was a very convenient location. We went out in the morning, returned to the hotel when we got tired, and were able to go out again after a rest.
The hotel was classical in a good way, and each room had its own character, and the interior was interesting.
There were many stairs, so it was difficult to carry heavy luggage, but that was not a drawback."
