Property Summary:
Playa Muchavista offers a tranquil vacation rental experience with a semi-detached, renovated house "Las Islas" featuring two storeys. The property boasts amenities like a swimming pool, internet WiFi, and parking on the premises, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Outdoors:
The property is surrounded by a fenced area, providing privacy and security. You can relax on the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, and enjoy the sunny position of the house. A swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 - 150 cm) is available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st.

Other Information:
Situated on the outskirts of Playa San Juan de Alicante, the property is conveniently located 1.3 km from the sea and beach. Nearby amenities include a supermarket, restaurant, and bar within 1.3 km. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups, and the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected.

Distances and Attractions:
Explore nearby attractions such as Alicante (10 km), Aeropuerto Alicante (25 km), Benidorm (38 km), Elche (36 km), Altea (45 km), and Santa Pola. El Campello, Spain, also offers numerous attractions within a reasonable distance. A car is recommended for convenient exploration.

Unit Layout

The 'Las Islas' property is a 6-room terraced house spanning 370 square meters across two levels, suitable for accommodating up to 10 adults. You will find the interior to be spacious and bright, with some rooms featuring sloping ceilings. The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2021, offering comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. The main level comprises a living/dining room measuring 32 square meters, equipped with digital TV and air conditioning, and access to the terrace and swimming pool. There is one bedroom measuring 16 square meters with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. Additionally, there are two rooms of 8 square meters each, with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) in each room. The large kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also leads out to the terrace and swimming pool. A shower/WC is available on this level. The upper floor features a 12 square meter studio with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is another 7 square meter studio with sloping ceilings, ceiling height ranging from 50 to 190 cm, a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), TV, and air conditioning. The top floor offers a living/sleeping room with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning.

During your vacation at 'Las Islas', you will have access to a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The property is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, heating, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is 10 guests, and the accommodation features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally, the terrace spanning 18 square meters provides outdoor seating with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering views of the swimming pool and garden.

Other Information

The 'Las Islas' property offers additional facilities to enhance your stay, including an iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Parking is available for one car in a reserved spot. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment, and there are two separate apartments on the premises – one adjacent to the main house for two people, and another above the main house with an external staircase, also accommodating two people. If you require key delivery to the apartment between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., an additional fee of €30.00 will be charged.

Amazing set up!
