This brand new contemporary style house is located in the gated prestigious Palmilla Estates community with 24 hour security. Casa Bella backs up to the famous One & Only Palmilla Golf Course on the 7th tee & offers stunning views of the ocean & hillside.
The home can sleep up to 12 people & it's perfect for entertaining large gatherings. The interior has 4 very large spacious bedrooms, including a very rare feature of having TWO PRIMARY SUITES with attached spa like marble bathrooms. One of the primary bathrooms feature 2 showers, one inside the house & another shower located outside via an adjoining glass door. There are 2 more bedrooms that each have 2 queen sized beds & attached full bathrooms. There is a total of 6 bathrooms in the house & 1 additional bathroom outside by the pool area. Casa Bella also features a state of the art kitchen with all new GE Cafe series appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, gas oven, microwave & 2 dishwashers. There is a whole house filtration system & the home is fully air-conditioned. The property boasts a massive great-room with courtyard facing & pool facing pocket sliders that brings Cabo indoor living outdoors. The great room features a large natural parota wood table with seating for 12 people & additional seating at the island bar top. There is also an impressive parota chandelier & an electric fireplace for the chillier winter months if needed. If you're looking for a thrill, theres a set of stairs that leads to an impressive 900 sq. foot underground movie theater with attached bathroom & adjoining private underground wine room.
Cabo is all about outdoor living & the backyard has plenty of space for your party to chill & relax. There's an impressive 60 foot long infinity edge pool with swim up bar, shallow end landing (baja shelf) with submerged lounge chairs, an attached jacuzzi & a cascading waterfall into the outdoor fire pit area. There is a large outdoor BBQ grill with a large weatherproof SunBrite TV for entertainment, along with a private bathroom & enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after you enjoy the pool. The size of the outdoor backyard space is impressive with plenty of seating & lounge areas for enjoying the Cabo sunshine. Off the back of the house is another covered patio area with a flatscreen TV and patio lounge furniture, along with an outdoor kitchen/bar area with a mini fridge, sink & ice maker that supplies nugget ice. There are also 2 washing machines & 2 dryers in the laundry room for your use. The house comes with daily maid service except for Sundays & certain Mexican holidays.
This house is located about a 15 minute walk to the Shoppes at Palmilla which feature a fantastic organic grocery store called California Ranch Market, multiple restaurants & exclusive shops. Just 8 minutes drive away is Fresko-La Comer grocery store, along with El Merkado gourmet food court & prestigious H+ hospital. And the infamous Palmilla Beach just over the highway & only a 7 minute drive away from Casa Bella.
Disclosure: Casa Bella has security cameras on the outside perimeter of the property for everyones protection. There are no cameras in the interior of the house. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the rental property by you or your party during your stay.

Truly amazing house the property is impeccable! So many areas to spend time with guest inside and outside. We where there second VRBO rental and the owners have it dialed in from furnishing, decorating and bathroom amenities. The kitchen appliance are all high end and all the necessary cookware. Walking distance to two very good restaurants about one mile. We definitely will rent this property again.
