And finally, when we got to our room, we were told the water would be shut off from 10-4am., but they would provide a gallon of water. But they didn’t bring the water and the waiter was shut off before 10. Then they finally brought some water. The room had lots of closet space and bathroom had a lot of places to set things. The shower was cold only."

"I stayed in the apartments leased by the hotel; and while the apartment was clean and the staff friendly, it is not a typical hotel stay. I found the environment pleasing and in a good location around Universidad de Costa Rica. If you are looking for a traditional hotel, the apartments at this hotel are not your best option. If you are looking for a short term apartment while in San Jose, it is perfect because it offers the benefits of a kitchen, which will allow you to save on food expenses...

"In the bed we found HAIR from the last occupant. The hotel had not even changed the sheets. Upon our arrival the receptionist said he had no reservation for us and made no effort to resolve the issue in spite of the fact that we were the only ones present. He just rudely ignored us, and I speak Spanish "
