Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

"Went for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was nice as well. The pool area probably should have been swept from the prior day's use. There was food under pool chairs. Also, the pool entry says not outside food or drink but most of the people using the pool had brought their own food/drinks. There was also an an "adults only" hot tub that was FULL of kids. If they are going to have rules they should probably enforce them."

"The rooms were spacious and clean, stocked with amenities. The pool was spacious, warm and crystal clear. The bartenders were very nice, fast and efficient and the bar was at the pool so you could order food and drink while not having to leave the pool area. My group ordered dinner and we all agreed it was delicious. The slides were a great addition and the lifeguards were very attentive to the people and their activities. For once I never had a single issue with our room key cards. I did give a 5 star, although one thing did stand out that was not worthy of 5 star and that is there was not enough parking. Several times we had to park out on the road and in the dark with snakes about it was very uncomfortable. The parking garages were very small and compact and saw people not able to get in due to small height restrictions."

"Stay here for the Vibe! Nothing fancy smancy, but boy does it check all the boxes for old school Palm Springs with a Tiki feeling. Being able to stay in the pool and order from a legit Tiki Bar " The Reef ", is the best. My Loco Moco was delish! We'll be back soon."

"The room was fine. The cleaning was great. The only thing I would change in the rooms would be the steam iron. We need to have regular irons with ironing boards in the rooms. Those steam irons take too long to heat up and there’s nothing flat that we can lay our clothes down to steam it correctly without water dripping on it. But other than that, everything was fine"

"The bathtub shower would not turn off but the water was hot to shower in. The bathroom was ok. The carpet on the floor was had wrinkles in it and was not very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room in hot weather was adequate even thought the humidity was something we were not used to. The TV was pretty small and we never used it. The breakfast was what really made the stay worth it. Even thought it did not have a great variety it had enough to satisfy us and was tasty. The ice machine did not work so we did without ice. For the price I would probably stay there again. We were there for a funeral and it met our needs since we spent most of our time with family in an Airbnb. Probably would look for a better place to stay and pay a bit more."
