The Staff at the front desk was extremely pleasent with me. Bell man was also very kind and sweet and gave us advise on what bars to go too. Rooms are clean and tidy. I would for sure stay here again.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect especially if you're going to the Chase Center. I would definitely stay at this location again

room was clean and updated- staff was wonderful, friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. the view from the view lounge was awesome- would definitely stay there again.
We had a nice stay. The valet parking is so nice and made me feel good my vehicle was safe. The city view was beautiful and the rooftop bar was amazing. I just wish they had a microwave in the rooms.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options: veggies, fruits, baked goods, hot meals (eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes), dairy. The bar had a good design and a beautiful view. Very nice stay, we had everything we needed.
