We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and called taxis for us when needed. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around on foot. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

From the time we entered the hotel, the staff, lobby, the room were exceptional. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.
