「Seamless check-in process, spotless room, fantastic air-conditioning (which was very important during the summer), large parking lot for my car, very close to the city centre, would stay there again.」

「Great location, accessible to the old city. Clean room, bed and bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful.」

「It was very nice to stay. I enjoyed my staying very much. Hotel staffs are kind and perfect.」

「Nice location, beautiful area. Enjoyed our stay」

「A very good hotel. Well maintained and looked after. Staff friendly and efficient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s a ten minute walk into the city of Lucca, but not a big deal if you’re mobile. Would recommend.」

「Such a cool experience! Loved the historical character of this room, with a bit of a modern vibe. We got there quite late so had a remote check in which worries me a bit but it was easy and not worth the worry. Location - excellent!」

「Large room and very clean. Pleasant sitting area for outdoor breakfast. Only few minutes walk from Porta Elisa and the old city.」
