This place was nice but needs updated. It has everything you need for vacation.I didn’t like the fact to walk to the beach you have to walk through the alley.

Exactly as advertised

This property was exactly as advertised. Home was clean. Everything was exactly as the photos show. Property manager was great to work with. They even shipped us items that were left behind. Five stars all the way.

Paradise at the beach.

We had an amazing time. We have been staying down in Mission beach a few times a year 20 years. Some of the rentals have been not very nice. This one is right on the money. Clean, nice, beautiful, close to the beach and cozy. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Perfect location!

This place was very cute and clean. Nancy's provided an excellent starter kit so we didn't have to rush to the store. This place was great for our family of 4 and the location is walkable to the beach and Belmont park where we spent a lot of time. We had a wonderful time!

Mission Beach Vacation

This is a charming and comfortable upstairs unit. It's a two-minute walk to the beach, but the unit itself is set back from the beach and upstairs so that you have quiet and privacy throughout the day. It's a relatively small, apartment-type design, but the living room is actually quite spacious, with two comfortable sofas and a big TV. It was really nice to be able to watch movies there with everyone after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with enough dishes, pans, etc. so that you can cook if you want to, but there are also some beach-type restaurants nearby. The property is really clean and very comfortable, and the location is absolutely first-rate. You're really, really close to the beach, and Mission Beach is absolutely gorgeous, but you're also within walking distance of Belmont Park, which is a small, traditional California coast amusement park. There are also convenience stores within walking distance, and a an easy fifteen-minute drive takes you to a full-service grocery store with plenty of parking. We had a wonderful time, and I would love to return sometime for another visit.
