Located just minutes from downtown San Diego, this 1940's post-war home has a great view of downtown, a great breeze from the Bay and world-renown San Diego weather.
A short walk from Golden Hill park, many restaurants and even downtown. Located just 2 miles form the Convention Center and easy access to multiple freeways.

Great little place for a weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay over New Years weekend. The unit was cozy and clean and the host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place to hang hat for a few nights in San Diego, easy access to downtown and other areas. Close to freeways. No AC in unit very stuffy even with fans. We were there on a hot and humid weekend though. Owner very responsive.

Great location

Perfect location for Balboa Park and 2 minute access to I-5, great sheets and towels with comfy beds. Nothing fancy, no AC or central heat, but wall heater does a reasonable job. The rest of the place is dated (50s?) but quite functional and clean.
