Welcome to our bright, comfy, luxury home, nestled in Del Mar Highlands. Near Del Mar Racetrack, Del Mar Beach, Torrey Pines, and Paseo One Dining/Shopping, it's a Great Location! Easy freeway access to get anywhere from Downtown, zoo, Balboa park to North County Legoland, and Beaches. Professionally decorated, this space feels like Home! Inviting, warm, and luxury combined to create a fantastic living, working, entertaining, and socializing space. It is perfect for Professionals as well as Families. Two primary bedrooms, each with King beds. Master Bedroom has a wood burning fireplace as well as the Living Room and Family Room.
