Amazing location

This property has amazing views and location. It is small. But the online description is accurate. We had some maintenance issues while there, but management dealt with them promptly.

Panoramic Beachfront Bliss

Our stay at this property was extraordinary. The entire glass front wall of the condo slides wide open, bringing the beach and boardwalk experience literally right into your living space. We walked up and down Mission Beach and aside from a few exclusive private residences we didn’t see anything else that offered this type of beachfront experience. There were a few minor items that the property management should tend to. Since every stay begins with the parking experience there is room for improvement here. The unit shares a tiny parking space with the downstairs unit. The space is barely large enough for two vehicles with one vehicle being nearly pressed all the way up against the downstairs and wedged between the other vehicle, I had to park and crawl out the back hatch of our SUV. There’s no markings on the ground so if you get a neighbor that is not courteous, the space becomes totally unusable as it is very easy to encroach. I would recommend they provide some paint markings to show that there are two spaces. We had to park in the alley When we arrived because somebody was too far over the center. This is a minor detail and it didn’t affect our stay, but it definitely could be improved.

Beach!!!

Perfect spot for taking in the beach, activities, shopping and food but still feel secluded enough to have your own privacy and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again!!

Views for days

This place is so pretty with amazing views that are unobstructed. My husband and I really enjoyed it there. A little tight and definitely made for two or a smaller family, as are almost all of the rentals in this area though.

Loved Liquid Blue!

Incredible view of the beach and ocean. 1 level above the Strand made us feel close to the action but not too close. Beautiful apartment with beautiful appointments and the sliding glass "wall" opens the entire place up to the ocean.

Great Experience!

The property's location is excellent, with a magnificent view of the ocean and walkway, plus walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was clean and well-maintained, supplied with the basics. It was just the right size for 2 adults and one teen.

Great location on the beach!

We felt like we were on the beach without even leaving the condo. The option to open the doors for a full view of the beach was great. We could hear the soothing sounds of the waves and the view of the sunsets and sunrise was magnificent. We even saw dolphins in the early morning and evenings. We were also able to close when we wanted a little more privacy. All family members want to stay here again. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the beach anytime we felt like it by just walking downstairs. Condo was clean and cooking was enjoyable with the great view. The only issue we had was when someone parked in our space but management was quick to respond (even after hours) to help us out. Absolutely no complaints.

Mission Beach

The property was just as described on Vrbo. It was a well cleaned and maintained property. Bluewater texted daily to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was a beautiful property and we would highly recommend this property as well as Bluewater. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

New Year's Beach Getaway

We stayed here over New Year's weekend - and it was a perfect beach getaway. The views are unbeatable - and loved that we could open the entire wall up to the beach. Location was perfect - super nice to be able walk to local restaurants and attractions - and just a quick drive to the Zoo. As mentioned in previous reviews, parking was a little tight - but that seemed to be the case at all the other beach houses in the area. All in all, a great stay for our family. Highly recommended.

We had a blast spending thanksgiving weekend on the beach. This place is a gem overlooking the ocean. They left us with a lovely welcome package and were very accommodating throughout the duration of our stay. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful Sunset Views

We loved the location and the beautiful views. The staff was amazing and easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful and had ever we needed. We were comfortable and just steps from the beach. Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing penthouse with Amazing views

From the moment we arrived everything was fabulous. Easy check in and great communication from manager. The area is perfect and the view couldn’t be any better. My husband and I loved staying here and will definitely be back. The unit is very nice with everything you need. Kitchen stocked with nice dishes and cookware and every utensil you might need. House was comfy and made for a very relaxing week at the beach.

Great Vacation Location

Great vacation location. Home is literally steps from the beach. Check in process was great and management was hands on with making sure our stay was enjoyable. Parking was a challenge, as we rented a large SUV. So we had to make sure we purchased everything we needed and then left the car parked. Great location spot would love to stay at this location again.

Million Dollar View!

Spare but perfect, this glass front house opens up fully to the beach to expose a 180 degree view. It has everything you need and nothing more, like the finest berth on a luxury ship.

Gorgeous view for sure. A lot of things could have been better though. Washing machine was broken before we got there, ants in the kitchen, blinds broken in both rooms, and blind strings broken in the kitchen. Love seat arm rest about to break off. “AC” is more of a fan that cools the living room barely. Beds weren’t very comfortable either. Like I said, beautiful view but for the money per night I would have liked it to be a little more comfortable for a family.

this property is beautiful, the window that opens up to the view of the ocean is spectacular. The home could have been alittle cleaner, there was alot sand, and dirt in areas of the home. The toaster was not working well, and we needed a dust pan once we swept, and we needed more bathroom towels..

Great Spot

Right in the middle of Mission Beach, great views, clean property. Immediate response when we called management with a stuck door. They fixed it in 10 minutes. Parking spot is very tight for anything more than a compact.

BEST VIEW ON THE BOARDWALK.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE ! The all Glass and retractable windows are so fantastic. Best views of the ocean and the beach is so beautiful! Location is awesome as you are only blocks away from restaurants bike rentals bars. but you're not right in the middle of it so you never hear any of the nightlife noise ! Spend the extra dollars and rent this place !!

Ocean View !!

All I really needed was the sliding door with a perfect view of the ocean. One morning we saw dolphins and we also so water shot up from a whale . How perfect can that be ? Home was stocked to cook meals if you want. Beds were comfy although the double bed is small for a couple but that wouldnt keep me from renting again. I recieved a few text from Bluewater checking in to make sure everything was going okay when we were there. We love being on Mission beach . Parking is tight like it says so do not plan on parking a large vehicle. Only thing I would ask for would be a few extra blankets so you can cuddle up on the couch on a cooler night with the sliding door open.
