"This hotel far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond with their services. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it. The staff is very professional and they remembered not just simply our names but also our preferences pertaining each and every aspect of our stay to the point they constantly anticipated our requests (from how we liked our breakfast and food to spa treatments or use of facilities, and even asking about some of our daily routines). All this while the hotel was fully booked and full of people. The other aspect is that despite it being fully booked, it didn't feel busy at all due to the vast spaces available for guests to stay and relax to the wise and wide timing schedules they adopt."

"Perfect location in San Julian. Building is getting old, but everything works fine. I had few issues with the internet but the staff was quick to bring me solutions, which I really appreciated. Be ware of some house maid who enters your room even when the "do not disturb" sign is at the door."

I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "
