Location of the hotel is great. Based in Sliema/Griza area it is a 5 minute walk to the Sliema docks where you can easily hop on a ferry or one of the gondolas (€3 per person one-way) to Valletta. The hotel doesn't have an on-site pool but across the road there is Aqualuna which is like a beach club vibe (pool, sun loungers etc) and entrance is free to customers of the hotel. (You need to collect a receipt from hotel reception each day to access Aqualuna). Hotel is approx 15 minutes from the airport (traffic dependent). Room was cleaned every day and overall cleanliness of the hotel is good.

The Azur was the perfect hotel for our stay. It was centrally located and loved that it was across the street from the promenade for morning walks. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was the perfect start to the day. The pool facility was right across the street. There were lots of restaurants and pubs to visit in the evening.

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The gym is small but has some equipment. Pool available at a nearby property about half a block away. Extensive hot breakfast provided on the property. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall I found the hotel to be reasonable for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the breakfast area to be a bit small for the numbers of people using it, particularly at the peak time around 9am. At that time it was hard to find a table and navigating the buffet amongst the crowds was not a pleasant experience. There were a couple of building-related issues during my stay. At one point one of the two available lifts went out of use meaning a 7-floor climb up the stairs. On another occasion a plastic piece of the aircon system in my room fell off. It was promptly repaired. Would I stay there again … maybe, I wouldn’t rule it out.

A wonderful experience. The front desk were friendly and helpful, hello Anthony, and our room was well looked after by Isham. The breakfast was phenomenal and the room was excellent; roomy with a comfortable bed and sitting area. The location was terrific for both restaurants and exploring.We're already planning to come back.

Azur Hotel by ST ist ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage und guter Anbindung nach Valletta und St. Julians. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend aber immer gleich. Personal ist freundlich. Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet (Free Safe, Free WIFI, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher). Negativ: Check Out bis 11:00 Uhr, Zimmertür ist hellhörig besonders wenn man ein Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl oder neben dem Putzfrau-Raum hat. Insgesamt kann man diesem Hotel 8 Punkte von 10 vergeben.
