「Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property. Expedia will keep getting my business because...

「Lovely place, close to were I wanted to stay , even though it was close to Balluta square very quite and peaceful, will definitely want to stay there again. 」

「部屋の広さも思った以上に広く、キッチンの設備が、十分整っていた。また、スーパー数件あるので、買い出しに便利だった。 スリーマバスターミナルに近いため、あちらこちらと行きやすかった。 スタッフも親切に対応してくれた。 しかし、 無料のランドリーあるが、約50室に対して洗濯機2機しかないため、毎回混んでいた。さらに、別館に泊まると、わざわざ外に出ないといけない。 床の防音がなされていないため、椅子や机の音が響く。 今回の宿泊で一番困ったのは、誰かが深夜１時ごろ、部屋でタバコを吸ったため、火災報知器が鳴ってしまった。しかも、スタッフは、朝８時から夜１０時までしか滞在していないため、連絡が取れず、宿泊者は、困惑していた。過去にもこのようなことがあったらしい。 」

「Amazing location and the views were spectacular. A few idiosyncrasies that you soon got use to. We were in an apartment, so small elevator, steep staircase, temperamental door code, but well worth the learning curve」

「L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé et très bien desservi par les transports publics (bus, ferry). Un petit supermarché à 2 pas et la promenade le long de la mer toute proche. Notre hôte a été adorable, nous proposant même de nous conduire à Mdina un matin. Le logement est en très bon état, propre et bien décoré. Point d'amélioration : quelques couverts et ustensiles de cuisine seraient bienvenus. Belle expérience pour notre 1ère location sur Abritel.」
