"There was no hot water. Air conditioner barely worked. The staff did not provide the instructions about the room we spent about 2 hours without lights. In order to turn on the lights inside the room you have to insert the room key to the certain place."

"The hotel is convince you located right between Registan Square and Timur’s Mausoleum. The airport is just a 10 minute drive away. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms are quite nice and clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive."
