However, the front desk staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They had a list of recommended restaurants prepared in advance, and kindly explained how to use the public bus system. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian, it seems their policy is to always have English-speaking staff available, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. One thing...
