"This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Just around the corner from the historic center and walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The staff were so unbelievable friendly, professional and eager to help with our inquiries. Particularly, Eleonara from guest services and Maria Francesca at reception. They were both very personable and their smiles set the tone for the day. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and always so well stocked with much variety to suit any diet. Nicoletta, Nives and Giorgia were always there to great you with a smile."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. "Huge property with truly spacious rooms. Amazing terraces, basic but good breakfast buffet. (Eggs, bread, bacon, fruit, pancakes, juice) The staff was helpful and friendly specially the restaurant waitress. Definitely comong back again!"
