「We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.」

「I loved this hotel. It is very Italian - the location is great, as are the views. Great pool. I love this town. It is where Italians go for holiday - not touristy like beach towns up the coast. Being at the meeting point of the blue Adriatic and green Ionian Sea is magic. Definitely take a boat tour. Eat at Sacristy - the best food is often found in alleys!」

「Otranto was one of our favorite cities in Salento. Amazing location walking distance to the main sights, incredible apartment with terrace facing the ocean. The staff was incredibly helpful, Sergio and Caterina helped us with restaurant reservations and luggage transport. Breakfast was not included. The welcoming bottle of sparking wine was a great touch. Parking was easy to find with the instructions provided, but an extra fee. Communication was prompt and the staff was welcoming. Grazie...
