Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

Very easy to get around and very easy to shop. We mainly go to the eating places.

The hotel looked newly opened. Room was very cozy and calming - gave me zen like feel from entrance of the property and to the room. Selection of complimentary drinks (including wine and Sake) were great! Not too far from train station, plenty of restaurants (Izakaya and Cafe) in walking distance too. I will definitely book this hotel again!

Could not ask for a better location for our trip in Fukuoka in regard to location, comfort, and amenities. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The lobby was also grand and had a wonderful fragrance. The hot water bath is also an amazing addition and we enjoyed it. Staff was lovely! Would love to stay here again for a future visit

This hotel is close to a major shopping mall and the Hakata JR Station (also a stop for the Shinkansen as well). The staff were very friendly and also very accommodating. The rooms were of decent size for Japanese standards. The room looked a little dated, but at least it was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel Nikki is a good choice for its location. It connects to the Hakata station via P5 exit. Service is good but the design is slightly outdated.

Great hotel! Walking distance to shopping, subway, Hakata station. 7-11 right across the street. It was the largest room we had at the end of the trip for our family of 4. There was a lot of room for all of us to lay out our luggage and then some. They did not charge us for having too many people either.

While room is small it contained everything I would need. Just note that staff do not understand English. Google translate was helpful
