"Room was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were provided. Air conditioning and heater was working well. There were no staff (self check in and check out with the ipad). The only issue was that the hot water was not working well and this can be improved. Otherwise, it was a good stay"

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "In a walking distance to the major stations Tenjin and Hakata. There a lot of options for shoping and sightseeing in the nearby area. Very cosy in a Nordic style room that is equiped with everithing that you can need. Very quiet, clean and new. The accommodarion is for a reasonable price. I can recommend it both for short and long stay. "
