"Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. "

"Good location. Good communication. Bathroom, toilet, sinks and fridge are shared. Laundry machines available. No dryer. You hang up your clothes outside in the front. This is a a split condo with four rooms a piece. They are small with bunk beds and are clean. A bit pricey for the equivalent of a a private room in a yiuth hostel."

"This is a small apartment. Fully set up for a stay, including cooking, washer dryer, small refrigerator. All direction for use is in Japanese. Easy walk to Kokubunji train station. Lots of good shopping. Small convenience st I re close by. Unless you are comfortable with dealing with ll anguage issues in the apartment, I would suggest a "regular" hotel."
