Disappointing
This property was dirty in key areas, both the oven and area above the hob were filthy. We spent 3 working hours cleaning a small apartment! On arrival there was no useable bedding and it took an hour or two before that was put right.
Other than the dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, which were new, everything is tired at best.
The electrics leave a great deal to be desired, and would not meet UK regs. The terrace (balcony) is smaller than indicated, but was the best part of this apartment.
Although the apartment is capable of sleeping 5 people the seating for eating does not marry up, being 3 chairs and a small table inside and a larger patio table outside, but again with just 3 chairs.
The bathroom was modern in parts other than the shower area which has a 700mm tray (600mm x 600mm useable area) and has a shower curtain, not an enclosure.
We were just two, and are not huge so it was useable but uncomfortable.
Cavalaire and the area surrounding it is beautiful though and can be thoroughly recommended.
