「Great location. Property was large and lots of space to sptead out. It was clean and bathrooms were awesome. Very happy with everything. Beds were comfortable and lits of storage space.」

「Paid for early checkin - 52 pounds sterling - the keys were npt in the lock box for 1 pm, causinfg some distress carrying our luggage and fatigued from no sleep. Located some fellow who also could not find keys in HIS lock box as he was the designated linen fellow, who was able to phone the cleaner, who had all the keys and was not finished preparing the apartment. There was no dish clothe nor dish towels and there are zero hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels. In addition there was a big leak...
