"Very excited to stay here the reviews were good, but I wonder where they stayed, because it couldn't have been here. Checked in and was told I booked it wrong and she was going to charge me accordingly. I had to show my phone to avoid that charge. Was told I could park around back and the room key would open the back doors, the keys did not work. Was told the pool and hot tub would be open until 1030...was closed before 9. There were stains all over the bathroom, looked disgusting. Yeah, pay more somewhere else and skip this place."

"Cabin was very well stocked. Excellent location. View of the river was beautiful. Layout of the cabin was very good. Dog friendly was a plus. Owner communication was excellent. Check in & checkout was very easy. Plan on staying again in the future. "

"We had to get switched rooms through our first hour of our visit. The first room had hair everywhere, the sheets were nasty with hair and different smear marks on them, and there was hair in the drains. I had to go ask for a room switch with how bad it was. The second room wasn’t as bad, but still had a lot of issues. The second room had very low lighting, hair in the drain, smears of some foreign stuff on the pullout couch bed, poop like stains on the bathroom wall. The carpet was very disgusting and never really cleaned with stains on the floor as well. I will never recommend this state to anybody. If I could give them a zero star, I would. cleanliness is not their strength."

"Sadly have to write a poor review for hotel. Cleanliness was ok, bed was uncomfortable because it appeared that the mattress was old and lumpy. No hot water!! Had to call the front desk on my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work. Finally got warm water. The sink faucet looked like they had been working on it as the caps on the handles had been removed. Water barely trickled from either hot (actually hardly tempid) or cold. Doubt I would ever stay there again unless it was between it and the car. Wouldn’t recommend until they get some serious issues fixed. "
