"Great location, modern, clean. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t bring the room’s temp down to what we would have liked. The room was a little too warm and humid, but we weren’t miserable, so we didn’t bring it to the staff’s attention. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, close to the metro, as well as a variety of good restaurants. The staff were pleasant, the bedroom large, very comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The cocktail bar was relaxing and comfortable and the staff were excellent. The only disappointment was the breakfast, where the cold buffet had a very poor selection so we only used it once. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel Zero 1 is a great place to stay for those seeking a more apartment style hotel room. We had a two bedroom, 1 bath with a small kitchen/living room and it was perfect for a small family. The third floor, facing the main street, our room was not loud and a 7 minute walk in most directions gets you to the waterfront, Old Montreal, and a lot of food/shopping. No complaints about the stay, staff are friendly, internet was fast. The gym--not so much a "gym" but will do in a pinch. I'd stay here again!"

"They offer a clean , spacious room at a good price. The hotel is also at a great location. It is just minutes away from Old Montreal and close to the metro. However, the upkeep could be better. The refrigerator racks were either missing or broken and my nightstand had a broken drawer. The closet is large but there were only 3 clothes hangers present. Like many hotels, they will let you store your luggage after you check out. However at this hotel they charge a fee for this service."

"The room was clean and the smell was ok and so I had no issues with my allergies. Just one staff member around at night time and so if you need some assistance, you might have to wait till the next morning when the staff comes. Bathroom a little small and not very comfortable but it’s ok. They have a restaurant which is good just incase you are hungry and you can actually buy some drinks or water there which is good. Enough self parking which is good and included in the booking. The location is ok too. Overall, I will rate the hotel 4/5."
