"We loved the size and the cleanliness of the room. The location was super convenient, close to the morning market and the station. What will make it perfect is if there are extra space and staff to assist with storing luggage. Otherwise, it's a great place."

"We loved the morning market breakfast arranged by the hotel. Surprised initially that the hotel doesn't offer buffet breakie like the others, but pleasantly surprised by the quality and the choices of assigned morning market vendors. The quality of our breakfast was excellent and fresh."

"Amazing breakfasts, immaculate building/rooms, tram stop near by, supermarket uocho nearby, handy location for gentle walk to warehouse area or ropeway. Quiet environment. complimentary drinks including hakodate wine/sake each day from 3pm until 10pm in lounge. Enoe was perfect for our 8 day stay."

"Great location within walking distance from JR Hakodate Station. I have stayed at other APA Hotel locations and it's always good to know there is consistency in everything they do, so once you have stayed with them, you will be comfortable. Having arrived very early prior to check-in time, I was still able to store my luggage with them until I was ready later in the day. This location has coin-operated laundry and offers a few amenities to bring back to your room. Several convenience stores and restaurants are within a few steps."

"Everything was great! If I had to choose a negative point it would be the wait time for the elevators. Also, it would be more efficient to have a key check pad on both sides of the elevator."
