Overall, I'm very satisfied with my time at Aliana. Despite having bad luck with the weather, the views were fantastic and the staff very friendly and at a reasonable price. I had an overnight train from Hanoi and I very much appreciated the early check in option (8am or so!) Also, in addition to keeping my luggage in the hotel for an additional 8 hours past check out, I was able to take a shower after the day's excursions. It was a game changer. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a cosy getaway with great views.

Incredibly friendly staff, nice and clean everywhere. Very helpful. Liked that the hotel was a bit outside the city center. The only issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t work properly.

Very nice hotel. Service was great. Very quiet area. The room was warm and cozy. Around 5 minute walk to town center. I wish the restaurant was open all day and I wish the spa was operational.

We had a fantastic stay at Aira Sapa. The staff are so friendly and willing to help. The property is far enough away from the hustle bustle but still a really quick walk into town. Breakfast was great and we also had a delicious dinner there too. The hotel has a laundry service which is so useful after trekking and the clothes came back smelling great (all folded neatly too). Highly recommend the hotel and Sapa to all :)

Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem. We loved everything about this hotel. From the service to greet and meet customer. The staff and crew are super nice. Our stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Loved the mountain view from the balcony! Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel staff were professional, personable and attentive. They were extremely responsive when I requested sliced lemon, honey and tea to soothe my sore throat. Complimentary bottled water really helps to settle in quickly. Hotel was away from the center but within 10 mins walking distance from the center. Electric cars are convenient to get around town. Area for improvement-reduce the amount of fabric softener for laundry service.

Very pretty, clean boutique hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room with beautiful view, large bathroom, excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was simple but was very delicious. Staff and all service members were friendly and polite. Excellent location, just outside of the main core of the city in a dead end street so it is very quiet yet walking distance to everything downtown where you can take rail car up the mountain to Fansipan.
