"Not a 5* experience at all. Drove up and the man on reception said we had to move the car immediately, meaning we’d have to drag our large suitcases and multiple bags a long distance after hours of travelling. Furthermore, the parking was $77 a night, which is extremely expensive. Then after having to take all our bags such a way, there was no concierge and we had to struggle to take all the luggage to the room. Spa facilities were small and became cramped quickly. Sauna did not work at all. Left a very sour taste and would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you are looking for a decent / 5* star experience."

"From check-in to checkout the staff were always polite and friendly, they always went above and beyond for their guests. The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed wss extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the in house restaurant, all mrals were fresh and a good size. We also had the buffet breakfast and the assortment of different dishes was great. The area was clean and well stocked at all times. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, they were quick to empty tables of dirty dishes, so you didnt have a pile of dirty plates on the table. The location was close to everything, the only issue we had was that when we got there, their carpark was already full, so we had to locate parking elsewhere. "
