「Staff were responsive and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient, prompt, and clean. Checkout is early at 11:00 am but extensions are available. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good variety. Rooms were updated and immaculate. Management is onsite and were invested in providing the best experience for guests.」

"食堂からの景色は最高です。 8部屋よやくしましたが、部屋は何かが欠落してる。僕の部屋はシャワーとカランの切り替えが壊れてた。他の部屋は冷蔵庫が壊れてたり、窓が閉まらなかったり。それはルワンダならではのご愛嬌と言えなくもないが。三階の部屋だったが実質は4階で、登り降りが大変だった。健脚向けの宿。朝食もまずまず、レストランの食事も安くて美味しい。また泊まるかと言われたら、機会があれば泊まりたい宿。"
