「The remodel proved an improvement to Mills Falls. I stayed at Chase house this time around. And was not disappointed. The new mattress, pillows and towels were fantastic. I also loved their new line of toiletries. The building is quiet (but I did stay here in the off season)… and I appreciated the hotels amenities. We visited the Spa and pool at Church Landing (same business-but on the other sidebar the street). All of our treatments were relaxing and enjoyable. As was the spa locker room/ relax...

「The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. 「Yes- pool was great! Hot Tub great! Only suggestion I have is - get shuffle board equipment back, we love to play! Also- should serve coffee in lobby, especially late morning and late afternoon!」

「They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool.」
