Very difficult to chat with the host, the place they gave us was not what they promised us or how it looked on the pictures. They gave our place to someone else, and sent us across the street. Sofa bed does not work, no AC on one of the rooms, if you come in the summer, you will not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again.

Positives: The location is good. The metro is nearby and there are many restaurants and grocery shops around.
The room is big and has many amenities.
The air conditioning works well, even at 40C outside the room was always comfortable.
Negatives: The checkin process was not smooth at all. The codes were not working and I had to get a key. This process took over 40 minutes. Be aware that there is no reception and all communication is through WhatsApp.
The bed is very hard.

I absolutely loved my stay at PAX Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was incredible from start to finish. Igar and Mario went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and truly made my stay that much better.
The customer service was exceptional, and I felt genuinely taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend PAX Hotel to anyone visiting Madrid! 🇪🇸❤️
