We had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also really liked the location, it was convenient for getting around Madrid while still being in a quieter area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night at this hotel to rest between flights. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport, and it turned out to be the best decision. The hotel is very nice, and the restaurant is delicious. The room was excellent—nice, comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend it and would return.

This is a beautiful place and very convenient for an early flight. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the air conditioning quiet. The breakfast buffet is superb and 90 minutes should be allocated to properly enjoy the spread of food without feeling overstuffed. We had been in Spain for 3-weeks and this was a treat for our last night and would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was amazing, the location is perfect you have the bus right in front and takes u straight to the city centre. I absolutely loved the breakfast spread and the bed and pillows. I slept so good my back pain disappeared. Love it and will be back here.

We stayed at 3 different places while in Spain. This was our last place before we headed home. Pros: very comfortable, clean, good amenities, best sleep of our trip, good price, we enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel, close to airport. Cons: not near anything, even a market is a 15 min walk. Nothing near hotel to do. The heart of Madrid and pretty much everything we wanted to do is about a 20 minute cab ride. I would stay here again. Location was the only issue. Hotel itself is excellent

The breakfast was well organized. Great selection of juices and coffee. wonderful variety of fruits cheeses and hams. The property does not have a pool. There are no irons in the rooms which I found strange, but the staff loaned us one. The staff in general were very professional and accommodating.

I loved that is Kids friendly, they will provide a crib if you need it, (a packed n play) One thing I did notice is about the quality of the room, bed was fine, but the floor of the entrance transition to the bathroom was cranky it felt like there was a water damage underneath… I don’t know how they do to keep up with details like that. But overall was pretty good! My room was the 495.

Great, clean, comfortable modern hotel with courteous staff. The only issue, it said 8 minute walk to calle de alcala which was a bit misleading as it was 15-20 mn by car to central madrid. I am not sure if I am the one who misunderstood but there was not much to do near the hotel. Otherwise excellent!
