"We had an awesome stay at Little Bay Retreat! The place is immaculately clean and so comfortable as a home base for exploring this area of DownEast Maine. The views from the deck are constantly changing with the tide, so much to just sit and enjoy. Visited Lubec having lunch at the old sardine factory overlooking the water, went to West Quoddy State Park and walked the trails and visited the lighthouse, went to Jasper Beach and discovered a wonderful nearby restaurant south of Machias called The Public House, affiliated with West Branch Farms, and enjoyed lobsters from Capt Matt eating them in the Gazebo as the sun set over the bay. Highly recommend a stay at Little Bay."

"Our retreat was awesome with gorgeous views of the bay, eagles and other magnificent birds plus 3-4 seals who visited us daily. Along with nearby hiking trails we drove into Acadia National Park which was unfortunately very crowded so we hurried back to our very own peninsula to enjoy the solitude, watching the tides roll in and out. Definitely recommend our location to others seeking peacefu gorgeous escape ."
