"A lovely house in a stunningly gorgeous location. Waves crashing on the rocks close to the deck and a gazillion stars at night. Very very remote but our only neighbor in site brought over muffins. Jessica is a terrific, helpful host and the house has everything you need for a Maine stay. Great hiking, but be prepared to drive a bit to get to trails."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had a party of 6 and there was more than enough space. The ocean view and walks along the beach were so relaxing. My two children loved exploring the beach. The place was so clean. My husband and kids are very allergic to animal dander and the owners reached out and took extra time cleaning the house which was so thoughtful and appreciated; they had no issue at all! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. They had board games for rainy days and the internet worked well. The owners were so kind and communication was timely; they even reached out to let us know about a pop up bakery that was in town while we were visiting! None of us were ready to leave at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a wonderful stay."

"This was our first trip to Maine and we had a great time staying here at this charming cottage. The host was very responsive and all amenities were as advertised. The location is great, being nestled along the back part of the bay where we could watch the fisherman work and wake up to deer and bird songs every morning. We even got to see a baby fox and porcupine in the neighborhood. Travel to nearby Acadia and Schoodic is not far. Our top pick for places to visit would be Quoody Head State Park and lighthouse. We made the early morning sunrise trip and were treated to some amazing sights and sounds. The scenery there is stunning! Don’t get me wrong, Acadia is nice, just too many people during the Summer when we all come to see it. Overall a great first trip to Maine and we would definitely stay at this cottage again. Thank you Nate for your Downeast hospitality."

"This place was wonderful! The beds comfy and cozy. I loved the back porch, the option for a fire pit was great even though we didn’t use it. The bathroom was nicely stocked and so was the kitchen. I love how close it is to Rogue Bluffs, only a 15-20 minute walk. The blueberry loaf Ms.Maggie made was delicious and just perfect with coffee in the morning in the back porch. Thank you so much!"

"Cozy cabin. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. Bed was very comfortable. Amazing views of the waterfront. Enjoyed relaxing by the fire and overlooking the tide come in. Fun exploring the mud flats at low tide. Screened porch was a great place to enjoy meals and game nights without having to worry about the bugs. Convenient location to explore Jasper beach and Acadia. Highly recommend this lovely relaxing piece of heaven."
