"Hotel is clean and looks like recently updated. Very nice A/ C and floor is all tile/marble. I stayed there 4 nights. The day I checked out asked for some drinking water at the front desk and the clerk gives me 2 small water bottles and said it is 5 Euro in cash. Won’t accept credit card. Luckily I had some Euros with me. Felt rude so I can give only 4 star. "

If you’re arriving past their designated office hours, please keep the hotel staff updated and keep them updated about your arrival time and the staff will make it out to you for check-in. "The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number. After getting checked in everything was great. The room was all we needed and we were only a quick bus and metro ride away from everything in Rome."
