Great quiet location. Quick walk through the park to the top of the Spanish Steps. The park is amazing. You feel like you’re back in time with all the ruins and head on and headless statues.

Magic in Rome

I love this hotel, it is 5 star because of the service you recieve, food excellent & scrupulously clean. My only minnor gripe - would have been nice if front desk asked me if I enjoyed my stay. Otherwise this is a little peace of heaven in Rome. Stongly recommended the Adele bar, located in their sister hotel, for a truely amazing experience.

My stay at the Parco dei Principi was wonderful. The service was very top, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional, The grounds are beautiful, The spa was amazing. I love this beautiful green space in the middle of the city. Kenneth

Very good for the money

Overal very good Hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good but service needs a little improvement. Many servers but they all seem frazzled and look like they are running in circles. Overalll good value for money for a 5 star hotel

The hotel is great, the staff great as well. Our bathroom was too small and sink wasn’t working well. There’s patio but we got the park/street view so didn’t use it at all, it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool/spa facility but it wasn’t open so that’s a bummer. I wasnt notified, had i known i wouldve canceled. But it’s close to Villa Borghese park so it was a plus. Bike riding there was fun.

I picked this property be a use online it said that it had laundry facilities; it did not. I still rated the property 5/5 stars Check in:Easy and fast Check out. Easy and fast Staff: Professional and friendly Room: My room was 327. Everything was perfect and clean. Nice decor. Internet: Fast. I was able to catch up on my work Location: it is far from main attractions but I did not mind. We take taxis to go everywhere The hotel will call a taxi when you are in need. Taxi service is very fast. Room service: We ate dinner. Everything was very good. The person that delivered our food was very nice. Food was tasty. I did not have time to enjoy any other amenities at the hotel as we only stayed for 24 hours . I felt very safe. I travelled with my daughter (11). I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Travelers and Expedia users beware. We arrived one day late for a six night stay due to an international flight delay. The property was alerted of our delay within 20 hours of our scheduled check-in however we were still charged over $900 for the unused night stay. To our surprise the room was not available when we arrived 27 hours late, we were asked to wait. After apx 40 minute wait still in the same clothes from a delayed flight the room was hot, the A/C was not working properly. The master suite had unkept drapery that allowed light during the day. Since our trip the hotel refuses to credit our account. Expedia also will not provide a credit regardless of the trip insurance. We understand the delay was due to Delta who also will not cooperate. The disappointing arrival to a six night stay will keep us from ever using the hotel or brand again. International travelers should shop the local area for a hotel better suited to international travelers. Expedia users beware of very limited trip insurance benefits that are difficult to claim at best and near impossible to collect.

Gorgeous hotel with old fashioned glamour but also modern Gym and Spa. The staff were lovely. The only thing lacking in my opinion was coffee making facilities in the room.
