St Regis Grand Hotel is simply the best hotel in Rome. ALL the staff has been phenomenal ( especially Anna from front desk and the restaurant managers and staff) They have gone above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and luxurious experience in their hotel. Five stars all the way from checking in and on the day we checked out.

Historical and magical

St Regis Rome is a magnificent hotel Location, excellent, staff, excellent, good, excellent, charm, incredible. Everything about this hotel is magical. I have to mention two members of staff even though every single member of staff were incredible. Pietro and Marco who both work in the bar and dining area made my stay one of the most memorable visit to any hotel I've ever had. Really great people, thank you.

 Title: Outstanding Service & Hospitality at The Saint Regis Our stay at The Saint Regis was absolutely exceptional! The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and luxurious—but what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service. A special shout-out to Karolina, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dining experience. She was attentive, professional, and always made us feel welcome. We’d also like to thank Francesco, the exceptional restaurant server, who provided top-notch service with a warm, friendly attitude. His attention to detail and care truly made our meals even more enjoyable. Lastly, Giulia, the gracious hostess, made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her welcoming demeanor and thoughtful approach added a personal touch to our experience.
