Good place!

Part of our honeymoon stay, staff kindness is the main factor made our stay so great. They helped us a lot and they were so kind and supportive. Special thanks to Spastian and Alessandro! I hope they can have a bigger shower as the current is really small, but overall we liked thr experience and felt really happy with it

This hotel has excellent service and a lovely breakfast area in a walkable area of Rome full of great shopping and food, and easy access to the Metro. The reception staff, Sebastiano e Dimitre gave exceptional service and made our stay easy. If you stay here, the key card also powers the lights and power in the room, so if there are two of you, be sure to request a second card.

the breakfast and staff were good, the room was tidy but there was a bar outside that if people were there then the noise in the room would have been poor, but the bar was mainly closed, the wine I should have had was to be a small bottle, in the end I had to negotiate a bottle as we had 2 rooms and that was not very good. The noise in the room was not nice when the room above was using the shower and toilet, it would echo in the wall and a running water sound would be very apparent in our room. We had to keep asking for milk, coffee and toilet rolls at reception as these items were not restocked each day. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was covered so did not use that but the deck around it was nice when the weather was good.

Spoon fed AC but overall clean and good service… neighborhood was ok … further from Historic sights than we expected… cab driver ripped us off … hotel is 5 min from train and 7 min from Coliseum.. ride shouldn’t cost more than 12-16 euros for either destination… beware

The location was not close to a lot of restaurants but easy access to metro and bus! The room was smaller than we expected. On the Expedia listing it said 237 sq ft but if it was 190 sq fr that would be a stretch. Also there is not “Onsite” self parking which was also stated in the Expedia listing which was disappointing but thankful there is a place to load and unload and a quick 5 minute walk back from the public parking garage! We were extremely with the front desk daytime staff he was so very helpful and kind!

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and it wasn’t a far walk to the metro. The only things of concern really was that our hot tub had a panel missing and was leaking. Also the stairs coming down from the bedroom to the sitting area didn’t have a safety handrail. It’s only a real concern because the stairs are polished wood which can be really slippery. It also had a glass wall right next to it.

The folks were really good to us and helped us a lot. The room was clean and kept up. Breakfast was efficient and pretty good. The only thing we missed was the hot tub. We were expecting it to be open to southe our feet, but is was closed for the season. I did not se this while I was booking. It was nice to have a location out of Rome Central where we could relax on rest days. The restaurant next door was recommended but not affiliated. We had several very nice dinners. The servers and owner made us feel at home.

Lovely staff but tired hotel

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating, but the hotel is very tired. We kindly got upgraded to a suite and the bathroom door was a sliding one that barely shut which was a limitation on privacy and comfort naturally. The TV (which was off) also had some light flashing which made it hard to sleep. The hotel would benefit from some modernisation and upgrade, such a fully closed bathroom door. Breakfast was limited for vegetarians also.

Very clean and tidy hotel, modern, we had the room with the hot tub and the room was a very good size, the hot tub was lovely, bed slightly firm for my liking but that's personal taste, breakfast was enjoyable every morning up stairs on the top floor. Hotel was within walking distance of the Metro A, and only a 30 minutes walk from Rome Termini which we did to and from the hotel, I have already recommended this hotel to friends and would stop here again without hesitation
