「The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations.
The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning.
The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time...

「My friends and I loved our stay at the Beach Villa! The host had great communication and recommendations for where to go around the area. The place included helpful features, like the porch clothesline, hose, beach bags, etc. And it was walkable distances to the beaches and still reasonably close to El Yunque. Staying here made the Luquillo trip extra fun!」

「We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico and truly enjoyed our time here. My mother-in-law absolutely loved her room and kept saying she had never slept so well. She really appreciated being able to keep her room nice and cold while shutting the door so the rest of us didn’t freeze.

「The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!」
