"The room was clean and spacious for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful when services were needed. They assisted with check-in, car service to the airport, recommendations for the surrounding area, and answered any questions that we had. We were very close to a konbini and a three-minute walk to the nearest station. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Luggage space was limited. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with very nice staff. We loved the area."

"Location was within walking distance from station. The staffs are nice and friendly. Room is clean but had a smoking smell first couple of days then it was gone. "

"Though the room is small, every section is utilized to maximize space and usability. We had total 4 luggages, 2 backpacks, and 2 duffles and made it work but it was definitely a struggle at times. Loved the amenity bar and the drink stations. I wish I could add extra points for the location because you’re super close to Senso-ji Temple and the surrounding shopping area (Uniqlo, Muji, Jins, 24hr DonQi, GU, Daiso). Also extra points for the staff who were super kind and helpful with our questions on how to get to Narita via train. "
