「At first, I had some trouble opening the door, but the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, and I was able to get into my room without any further problems. The room was clean, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.」

「Staff at this hotel are friendly. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. Pastries, lunch meat cuts and cheese. The coffee machine could make lattes and espresso in addition to regular coffee. The elevators were both out of service on Sunday when we left, only one was working our entire stay. Location is prime for train travel.」

「Bit far from the central area, but can walk down to there while looking around the university, canal, Alsace look buildings and cathedral. The hotel looks very new, room and facility are clean and tidy. Nice service at restaurant for breakfast, bar and free coffee. Parking is 5-10 min walking distance but can get a discount ticked from hotel.」
