「The front desk clerk was disorganized when I checked in. What normally takes only a few seconds to find my reservation and then complete the room assignment took about 5 minutes. When I tried my newly issued key card, it did not work. I had to return (from the 4th floor, with only one elevator working) to have my key card correctly activated.
